Shipping and Handling Policy
Our orders are shipped via US Mail. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional cost that varies depending on the order and where the order is being shipped to. All orders usually ship within 2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping fees usually range from an additional $13.00- $20.00 in addition to the standard shipping fee.
Emails provided to Sea Active™ Skincare will be used to contact you regarding your own. Additionally, emails provided when creating an account may be used to send you future offers and promotions. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

Our products are sold with a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee, unless item(s) purchased were sale items. We gladly accept returns with a return authorization code (needs to be put on the outside of the package for our receiving dept). The 30 day guarantee is based off the date the order was shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 business days upon our receipt of your return for your credit to appear on the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
In the case of an allergic reaction to a product, we ask that you enclose your original packing slip noting which product caused the reaction and briefly describe your symptoms. A photo would be appreciated to help us identify what could have been the cause. Your account will be noted of this so that future orders of this item will not be allowed (sometimes people forget what they use and want to reorder the item, but we maintain this information in your client profile to protect you from any future complication).

If an item was shipped to you in error or damaged in transit, call us at 858-432-4444 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will immediately ship you the correct item or replacement item and instruct you on how to best return the damaged or incorrect product back to us.
